Self empowerment leads to innovation — The key to reinvention is becoming an inventor. You have to be willing to become a creator. You have to be willing to go first.

Innovation then leads to creation. It’s easy to inspire someone if you’ve shown it can be done. When we go about the process of reinvention, or when we want to shift something in our lives, we all look for the inspiration to do so. We look around us for evidence that something has been done or that it is at least possible.

Sometimes we’re the innovators of an idea that doesn’t exist, but if we allow ourselves to become unlocked, unglued, and unstuck, we can become that category creator. We can be the one who takes those limits away in our own life and, in the process of doing so, show others a brand new perspective.
